Take your time to stroll through over 2 acres of property designed by renown Danish born landscape gardener, Paul Sorensen. Follow the winding path between towering pines, established conifers and pockets of natives in between. Even on a rainy day, the mist adds to the mystique of the landscape, creating a dreamy ambience.

The property offers more than just stunning gardens to explore with the glasshouse a hive of activity. If you feel inspired to give those green thumbs a work out, the on-site nursery sells plants, succulents and flowers of all varieties to inspire your gardening enthusiasm at home. A range of skin care and beauty products are also for sale, and are made in the Blue Mountains.

Dine in with a bite to eat and the glasshouses very own cafe, rich with produce that is sourced from high quality artisians. Starting with the important stuff, the coffee. Collaborating with coffee kings of Surry Hills,Sydney, Reuben Hills, you can expect great robust flavours fresh from the hands of the cheery barista.

For something different try the sparkling Beechworth honey range of drinks, blended with natural flavours like ginger and lemon soda. Refreshing and an ideal match for many of the freshly crafted menu items.

Blue Mountains locals are privileged to have the baked goods of Black Cockatoo Bakery on their doorstep (Lawson), and at Sorensen's Glasshouse, you too can be treated to this French style treat. With baguettes filled with light and fresh combinations like salami, swiss and pickle, or the mozarella and tomato, you can sit back and enjoy a light local feast of flavours.
