In the digital age, there is something comforting and soothing about reading and looking at something which isn't a glowing screen. I love nothing more than picking up one of my cookbooks finding pages marked with sticker tabs and the tested recipes splattered with oil or sauce. There is a certain interaction and memory that transfers off the page that no piece of technology can ever replace.
